Yes. A black pug has up to a 25% chance of producing another color.

Not necessarily, but it obviously boosts the chances of an "all black" litter. It has more to do with the bloodlines of the sire and dam though, as well as genetics.

Even breeding two black pugs doesn’t necessarily mean that you will get all black puppies. My two white schnauzers rarely have a white puppy – maybe one per litter

Ummm, no, more like two black pugs with two black pug parents each, who also have all black parents each…and there is still no definite yes or no! You can’t determine what color a puppy will be. Its like saying just because you and your spouse both have dark hair all your kids have too as well. Maybe one will look like a distant grandparent?

no, my chihuahuas mother was brown and she had 5 black puppies and 2 silver puppies… *yes she had a total of 7 which is VERY uncommon for chihuahuas* anyways, the puppies can turn out any color, it doesnt always matter what color the parents are.
